As a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design) and Professional Member of Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ), Sarah is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards within the industry. Her multidisciplinary experience enables her to lead projects from initial concept through to completion, balancing creative design outcomes with technical performance, regulatory compliance, and buildability.
A key strength of Sarah's role is coordinating and managing the diverse team of consultants required to successfully deliver a project. Working closely with multiple disciplines and consultants, she oversees the design process to ensure all project stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and focused on achieving the best outcome for the client.
Sarah is passionate about creating architecture that marks meaningful moments in people's lives. Reflecting the philosophy behind Epoch Architecture, she believes every project represents the beginning of a new chapter, whether it's a family home, renovation, or commercial development. As Interior Designer, Edie works closely with clients and the wider design team to create cohesive interior schemes that reflect each project's unique character and the aspirations of those who inhabit it. Her expertise spans interior finishes, materials, colour palettes, fixtures, furnishings, and spatial styling, helping clients navigate design decisions with confidence and clarity.
A key part of Edie's role is producing high-quality architectural visualisations that allow clients to experience and understand their spaces before construction begins. By transforming concepts into realistic and engaging representations, she helps bridge the gap between design intent and reality, ensuring clients feel informed, inspired, and connected to the design process.
Having completed her Certificate in Interior Décor, Edie continues to expand her knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and emerging trends. Her creativity, technical proficiency, and commitment to exceptional design make her an integral part of the Epoch Architecture team, contributing to projects that are both beautiful and enduring.
