Working collaboratively across every stage of the project, our team developed the architecture, interior layouts, and material selections while coordinating closely with structural, planning, fire, geotechnical, and specialist consultants. The result is a carefully considered facility that balances operational efficiency with thoughtfully designed spaces for everyday living.
The interior centres around generous communal areas that encourage social connection, complemented by a commercial kitchen, purpose-built laundry, and dedicated staff facilities. Natural timber finishes, soft earthy tones, abundant daylight, and strong visual connections to the surrounding landscape create calm, welcoming spaces that feel distinctly residential.
