This project has been designed to create a contemporary, welcoming environment that prioritises accessibility, functionality, and resident wellbeing. Generous communal spaces, high raked ceilings, and large areas of glazing maximise natural light and strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
A warm, natural material palette featuring timber detailing, textured finishes, and neutral tones creates a comfortable residential atmosphere while providing long-term durability. Feature walls and timber screening add visual interest, define key spaces, and assist with wayfinding throughout the building.
The layout has been carefully planned to support accessibility, with spacious circulation areas, adaptable bedrooms and bathrooms, and practical communal facilities. Outdoor decks, landscaped gardens, and accessible pathways further enhance the usability of the site and encourage interaction with the surrounding environment.
