This renovation transformed two of the home’s hardest-working spaces, delivering a brighter, more functional kitchen and a completely reimagined bathroom while laying the groundwork for future improvements throughout the home.
The kitchen was redesigned into an efficient U-shaped layout with increased storage, improved workflow, and a larger picture window that frames the surrounding hillside views. The opening between the kitchen and living area was widened to strengthen the connection between spaces, while a new fridge nook and thoughtful cabinetry maximised every square metre. The bathroom was reconfigured to incorporate a full-sized bath, shower, vanity and WC within the existing footprint, creating a practical family bathroom without compromising on style. Looking ahead, provisions were also made for a future dining room upgrade, including new French doors opening onto a timber deck to better connect the home with the garden.
The result is a carefully considered renovation that enhances everyday living through smarter planning, improved natural light, and a seamless balance of functionality and character.
