Every home has one room that holds it back. In this case, it was the kitchen.
Separated from the living areas and constrained by the original layout, it simply wasn’t making the most of the home’s incredible outlook. By rethinking the floor plan from the ground up, we created a design that completely changes the way the home will be experienced.
The kitchen has been relocated and expanded, internal walls removed, the bathroom and staircase reconfigured, and new outdoor living introduced to better connect the home with its surroundings. Even the roof is being upgraded with lightweight metal cladding to improve long-term performance.
It’s a great example of how thoughtful planning can unlock the full potential of an existing home without losing the character that makes it unique.
