This project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing commercial building, transforming it into a modern, welcoming office environment. The design carefully balanced contemporary functionality with the retention of the building’s original character, resulting in a professional workspace that supports both staff and visitors.
The exterior was refreshed with a new colour palette, upgraded landscaping, improved accessibility and modern glazing, giving the building a renewed street presence while maintaining its simple architectural form. Internally, the existing volume was enhanced by exposing the structural trusses and incorporating feature lighting, creating a bright, open workspace with a strong sense of character.
The fit-out provides an efficient open-plan office supported by meeting rooms, reception, waiting areas and staff facilities. A restrained material palette of natural timber, neutral finishes and carefully selected accent colours creates a calm and inviting atmosphere, while glazed partitions maximise natural light throughout the office while maintaining visual connectivity between spaces.
The completed project delivers a contemporary, functional workplace that enhances day-to-day operations while providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for staff, clients and visitors.
